There's a ton we can learn from this it's really interesting stuff. Anything else you think we need to cover before we end? We're drying and our tags are normal to a point but don't get discouraged. I mean if you don't see an abnormal tag in trauma that means your patients still have the ability to try and clot. Depending on how contracted their blood volume is how anaerobic those patients are despite a normal K you will have to replace a whole blood type of volume in those patients to reprophuse their micro circulation. So it is a component of the therapy but it is not the end all be all of the therapy. Still have to be a good doc.
