Closapine is probably the most sedating any psychotic, but we wouldn't be using it routinely due to its potential adverse effects. With quatypine and olerenzapine, if you have a patient with comorbid bipolar disorder, comorbid depression even, that might be the type of medication that you would use to treat both conditions. In natural agents, some patients prefer to take natural medications or substances such as melatonin which is widely used in Canada.
