How to Schedule Focus Time Blocks for Yourself

If you're working from home, I try to use focus time blocks on my calendar. It's giving me space to kind of decompress between meetings or calls that I have. Even if I sit there and stare at the wall for 30 minutes, it's my time and space in the day. As much as I would like to be a morning person who wakes up at five o'clock in journals and meditates and does all of that, it's not going to happen.
