The Differences Between Hot and Cold Beers

The beers were so at the end, beers have reached their terminal gravity. I cold crashed them and pressure transferred them to CO2-perged kegs that I put in my keys are an allowed to logger for another two weeks before I served them two tasters. The hot mash beer was definitely hazier. And it looks lighter in color because of that haze. But the cold mash beer is actually quite a bit clearer with a little bit more like a yellow color to it. It just didn't have as many proteins that were pulled into solution. That's my guess. Your guess is as good as mine.
