They include things like having a central bank, prioritizing inflation control and the idea of public private partnership as the high road to success in various ways. It also includes practices of government, how do we actually go about governing societies and economies? And this is something closer to what's called the washington consensus,. which isn't just a set of Ideas, it's a set of practices.
