I think just that dragon erupting from the earth and the fear that every single person soared in hand, crown on head or not feels. I thought it was always really effective to be able to show the totality of this place rather than just the most powerful people. And they've been kind of absent, for the most part, from House of the Dragon. They get invoked a couple of times in this episode.
