The ESOP and the Stock Ownership Plan

The value of the stock has gone up tremendously. The firm puts money into everyone's account, so to speak, in terms of owning stock and it's formula driven. This year, for example, the stock's going up about 45%. So it's not bad. It's been a really good investment for people that bought in and they see it. And so when they leave, they take it with them. We pay them out and we have the ability to pay them out over time.
