Obamacare: A War With Itself

Akka: This is a bill like a war with itself in a lot of ways, I think. The big deal is a lot of people lose health insurance. But Tom MacArthur came in with a twist on this, which is that states are going to be allowed to waive regulations. Akka: People with preexisting conditions will be treated differently, but not to the extent they were under the marketplace before.
