The Impact of Dairy Farming on the Environment

Climate is a big issue in dairy farming. Some people think that the more milk you get per cow reduces the climate impact. Then there's this other camp of people who are like, well, pasturing cows is the best way to sequester carbon. I don't even know if the climate community itself has really figured out exactly what the question practices are best for our environment.
