Why Do You Want Your Kids to Do Homework?

In the west, we primarily rely on two types of motivation. We rely on rewards and punishment as primary, primary vehicles and levers for motivation. But other groups don't necessarily rely on those two things. In a hunter gatherer group in kenya, called the somburo tribe, they wouldn't yell at each other. This is hugely motivating for children. They are hard wire to work, gether and co operate with people. And so i think this is a huge motivating factor to say, hey, let's instead of go fold, go make your bed, or go clean up the living room, hey, come help me make let's make the beds together. Let
