The Auto Market Has Been Crazy for the Last Two Years

Felix: "It's in the end a little sad to see that an industry totally failed to make use of a new channel" The auto market has been so crazy for the last two years, is this just somehow about seller power? And second question is, did you ever physically go in to any dealer? It's clear that trying very hard to move you back to the sales channels that they're most familiar with. But my sense is the salespeople are so constrained in what they can and cannot do.
