Hartley's Theories Are Too Antiquated

Scientific journals act as arbiters of science, for better or worse. Despite being blocked by the journals that he tried to publish his theories in, hartley did find some allies in the scientific community. By the 19 fifties, the new relativistic paradime was established and general relativity an't going anywhere. The author proposes an incompressible non linear ether which has never been observed. And the non linear type things are like mathematical jargon.
