Is Democracy on the Vote?

In Republican-controlled states where the reaction to the 2020 election, which Trump lost, was to change voting rules. When they changed all of those things, that has two impacts on this election,. One is that it's going to change the rules under which people vote and it might actually skew the electorate in terms of who's able to easily get out and get their vote cast. It also puts that on the table as one of the issues that we get to fight about.
