The Importance of Accepting Misunderstandings

Controversy in general is something that at some sort of scale a creator will have to deal with. With so much stuff constantly going around, people will easily forget such inconveniences. Have there been any moments like that for us? Misunderstandings? I don't think so, where we've had to like apologize.
