I like to introduce something that's going to be enjoyable for them first. I've had people who struggle to get the foot flat on the ground, the heel on the ground and bounding. And tho also, i'll just turn around and have em go backwards, usually double legged. It generally just brings a couple more smiles out imsure. Am i introducing combos with our athletes? Yes!
