What's Your Personal Passion in a Business?
I've been on all sides of this. I'm really interested in helping people, whether it be in their personal life or in the business life. And so i like taking whatever knowledge i've ased on the professional side an in trying to be a good leader. We have no jerk policy, a peric so it doesn't matter if you're a high performance person. If if you don't play well with others, you're just going to get blown out of the company. Because we are wanting to build something where everybody is respected.
