I've been in design for about 12 years. I usually say the first six years were pretty much a loss because I didn't know anything and I was just learning still. And now I'm at a point where I start to develop strategy and starting to implement that strategy with my own team. You said 30 years, right? Do you say 30? That's amazing. I want, okay. I mean like five years Brian. How have you like found that transition? Was this your skill set or is this something you had a build up to?
