The US Supreme Court About to Turn Off the Internet
The US Supreme Court is hearing two separate cases involving victims of ISIS attacks. The families say that Google in the form of YouTube doesn't do enough to prevent terrorist recruitment and training videos like the one we heard earlier. It's being heard by the Supreme Court and it is all surrounds the Section 230 piece of legislation. That act, the Communications Decency Act of 1996 is kind of what underpins all these big American corporates today.
