Is Foam Rolling a Good Choice for Hypertrophy?

i do use phoam rollingat not on everybody, and i've just had accepted for publication at she we've done a trial looking at foam rolling on the mussel architecture of the vase, lateralis. And what we found was that people who have a big angle, so they will be your hypertrophy people, o think, like cyclists, if they foam rolled every day for six weeks, that the angle of pennation was less on ultra sound at the end. We also did am the same study where we we rapicated it with stretching, and we found the same result. So if we take that back to our intuition as a clination, patient comes in with
