I love the theme of a common thread from the sales process to the implementation. And I've seen that work really effectively in enterprise class kind of product categories or customer segments. Can you deploy a similar concept in the mid market or even the higher end of SMB's cost effectively? You can. The best way I've seen it could be via email, right? Like obviously there's still probably a sales team that brought them in. So if they can document it in the pre sales stage, that's a great way to capture it and feed it into like a customer success platform.
