How to Make Money With Ad Spend

If you run your business first order profitable and you are pretty confident you can do that at enough value to where the contribution margin covers and beats your op-ex, you will have a profitable business. As long as you had some amount of profit, then you could go from there. And this is basically the concept of how I thought about a lot of ad spend. It's actually a fairly decent way to run any commerce business, especially if you are not trying to go to the moon.
