Every night when you go to bed, there's a short period of time when your consciousness disconnects and your sleep is working. Once i'm in theta, the hypnotherapists can say what they want. It's not going into the conscious mind. It's now going straight into the subconscious programme. The second way of learning is practice. In other words, habituation. Practice it. Repeat it. And guess whatno down loaded. That's how you learned, how you got in a car. You know, if you didn't practice, i don't wan to drive with you.
