bitcon is not democratic in the usual sense, because you can always suced. And i think thats, it also opens up your mind to new possibilities of how to do things. For example, if a judge rules a certain bit coin transaction illegal, and he, you know, knocks down the hammer and says, this needs to be reversed - that's completely meaningless. It sits in the same arena of things as pitkon or bitcoin.
