Do You Think There's a Correlation Between Talent and Worldly Success?

Do you think that there's some correlation between talent or perhaps ambition or what makes somebody strive for that kind of worldly success? Do we only know these stories because these people are are famous. I mean look at so many politicians anywhere in the world they hate giving up power because they don't think they're much of themselves deep down unconsciously there's an instant that value was not a friend.
