Strategic Plans - What Really Matters?

strategic plans can and probably should be up dated during the quarter that they apply to. What actually merits an up date? There's not a hard answer here, but roughly speaking, what i like to think about existing on my strategic plan is a big rock initiatives. These tend to be things that aren't necessarily being assigned to you, but are important for where you're trying to go in your career. Short term experiments with processes, those don't really belong on the strategic plan. So there should be some relatively high barrd a pass for a process or system before it makes itself into your making its way into your strategic plan.
