You have an astral body but it has what he calls three beasts in it and so everyone is born into a kind of lower astral world rather than the higher. It's the human's job to raise them the purify this astral body and raise it up to reach this this higher world. You do that through like kind of connecting these bodies like if you have your eye which is your conscious part this must be infused with the astral body. But there's these three beasts standing in the way of you doing this - fear of the spirit, hatred or mocking of the spirit and doubts of the spirit.
