Adam Shahar: I don't use a template really. If I'm going to give you a cookie cutter program, where's the fulfillment for me? That's how I'm still working with Adam Shahar after all these years because he sees it. We've been walking down that road, follows the training consistently because it's designed around his goals. So I have different things at work, totally, like you were saying. There are many components that will be in different people's training plans. Over time, we're going to swap them out for new stimulus or variations of pressure lemon.
