How Do You Get Out of a Trap?
With pressing and working on becoming a great pressing team, i'm always interested in the practice element of it. And if pressing is something, because there's so many gray areas and so many decisions that need to make full court, does it always need to be practised five on five? We do multiple breakdown drills a day inses. Some of those are two on two. Some of em are three on three. Some ober four on four. So some guys understand how to get into a trap. What's a good trap look like? What's a badtrap look like? How do you get out of a trap to now become an interceptor?
