How to Create Multiple Workspaces in a Single VM in the Cloud

As an individual developer, I could have a single VM in the cloud. This thing provisioned it for me. And then I have one or more workspaces. Can a workspace include one or more repos? Yeah, so typically you would have a death container JSON in the repo and then you would create one workspace for that repo. There's a way I have tried that myself. But if you're using the death containerJSON with Docker compose, I could assume that pulls up multiple repos in the same workspace. But I actually haven't tried that himself.
