I Love the Concept of Discipline About Rest

I love the notion of discipline about rest. I think that's something that is incredibly hard in today's creative environment. And then what we were talking about was, you know, again, we also need to be disciplined about living an interesting life. Yeah. If we don't, we don't have any, like we're not going to have anything to talk about and it's hard. So if I show up and do what I'm supposed to do, it creates this certain amount of output. It's always by trial and error, right? You start usually as an individual creator. But as you get more successful, it becomes a system or a team.
