Georgia Is Now a Guns Everywhere State

The cost of living has come up as the top issue in every single focus group I've done. This is the first where crime and gun violence were mentioned quite a bit. Those challenges are safety, justice and opportunity. On the safety side, it's making sure we make our community safe, but that we also hold police and law enforcement accountable. That on the justice side that criminal justice reform is critical because Georgia has had and continues to have one of the highest mass incarceration rates in the nation. As people are returning citizens, they deserve to be reintegrated into society and to have real chances at success.
