Rail Was a Big Winner, Is It?
We need a robust federal railroadad stration that was built around safety regulations, not around capital expenditures. We also are going to require, especially for an invest in am trac, it would help if the president would nominate some people to the am track board right now. The team at us t o t is outstanding, and if they are empowered to take those steps, will be in great shape. So its again, as is always the case, money is not enough. It really takes leadership from the federal government, and it's going to take some policy.
