When did you start to realize that this niche skill set really wasn't so niche and it was applicable well beyond what you had been trained in?Kohn: Well, the seeds ever really started when I first started on the crisis hotline because that stuff was so effective with people in crisis. She's negotiation. There's just no SWAT team. So by the time I got into the real deal, I really felt like I understood the process and I knew what I was doing.
