The biggest one is just do they send themselves over their stance like, well, and can you sort of a hip shift as well? Got it. And then other people just very, very weak in those positions. I find once you sort of expose people to those positions a little bit more and gain some competency in those positions, they just don't get as thrashed. But then they still feel like their adductors are working for them in that hip extension role.
