How to Beat Depression

One of the resources that I did want to point out is a rubric that I put together with a team of people at SPA. We called it the proficiency rubric, and it is a technically it's a rubric for report writing. And then students look at their own reports before submitting them to me from the vantage point of this rubric. It helps us again cover our bases in the assumption that our supervisees are doing all of these things like oh, I know we talked about diversity issues, but I forgot to write it in the report.
