What Skills Are Overvalued or Undervalued?
I've seen so many people who are, on paper, brilliant. Their test scores, their grades are off the charts but they lack ampathy. And that's always going to come at the cost of creativity. If i could rearrange the education system, particularly in college, the one thing i would do is put more emphasis on the person skills that you need to succeed in the modern workplace.
