Do You Have Trouble Sleeping?

Getting the bright light earlier in the days, probably the most important. If you don't get enough adequate light during the day, then your susceptibility to light at night is much greater. Exercise and good nutrition also play a role but they're less likely to have a very robust effect on sleep.
