Are You Using Experts as Your Gold Standard?

We need people doing different ways, like we need the Parisians doing the cut down so that we can assess whether that's the right way. We need Minneapolis to go out in their ambulance, cath lab and find people in the streets because they maybe that's theright way. So we need variations, but we also need to have good reasons for the things that we do. Some things we are not doing that are probably very important.
