The Mystery of the Book of Revelation
The book of Revelation is called apocalyptic literature. It uses code words and structures that are taken from the Old Testament to explain something that is about to happen. But at the same time, it's going to focus on the end of time. So it's kind of like it has dual purposes, but it was written to the seven churches of Asia Minor.
