A lot of brokers, in my opinion, are extremely valuable on bigger, more complicated deals. So i would say that's the space where a broker is extremely valuable. But in the micro market, like i said, it's sort of over kill. And it's over kill to the point where a lot of these brokers would rather say, we're just going to slap your listing on buy and sell missus stockholm. We wanto move that relationship directly to the small business owner.
