A lot of companies it has become really popular right now to do you kind of contracting or temp to perm. Hiring managers and company have realized that they're just not doing a great job in interviewing and assessing candidates through interviews. The other reason why I'm not really keen on temp to perm hires is The company is very clearly not committing to the candidate or the new hire So why should they commit to you? Right?
