Billionaire gave grants to secretaries of state and county officials. They stipulated that in order to keep the money, they must not return it. That's exactly what they did. In georgia, pesident as a isan example, forty five million dollars went into georgia but most of any state in the country. I wonder why? The guy wasn't even campaigning in these areas,. You have trump, who gets a record record vote, more than any any candidate before, and yet buy and get 70 million votes. It's incomprehensible.
