Is Twitter a Good Platform for Free Speech?

Foly cat says he has a 'love hate relationship' with Twitter. He doesn't find the social media platform as enjoyable or useful to his career. If twitter were to go away, it would certainly leave him with an empty space to fill. But i'm not sure it would actually be a bad thing. I think nobody wants that in the long run.
