Is There a Way to Standardize?
Marketing team was having a hard time prioritizing what was most important when they're getting all these asks up and down the food chain. So we've standardized on basically this, you know, form that you just like, I'll need this and then you can track your project through it. A takeaway for me for this from this conversation is it's the, I bet in every business who has a participant listening to this podcast, they have things where they say, well, we can't standardize that. And that's where you have to put your focus.
