Biden's Compromise in Ukraine, China, and India

Biden is so compromised in both Ukraine, China and heaven knows how many other places right when he does something remarkably stupid looking, you have no idea who told them to do it. Like this is clearly trying to get the Russians in the Chinese prepped for some kind of apocryphic event or get them on a hair trigger. Now who's served by this? And do you think our military are real military strategists? Don't see this?
