The Power of Borders

We are going to share a story and a teaching around when you can't hold yourself back from complying with other people's urgent requests for help. Boundaries is a topic that again is everywhere now, but that wasn't always the case. We didn't really start talking about boundaries all that much until the 1980s as part of the personal transformation movement. This cultural shift towards boundaries is really the byproduct of our cultural shift towards self-help.
