How to Get Feedback From the Wrong Person
In the country that I come from, there is a proverb that says, don't show a word that is half ready to a fool. So what is causing people to retreat into their silos to only share with their private Slack channel? And the answer is pretty universal of the hundreds of designers I've talked to. It's almost always designers are scared of getting feedback from the wrong person at the wrong level of fidelity.
