The Republican Party Exploited the Tyranny of the Minority

There are four senators on our two most populous states, texas and california. The republicans did a very good job of exploiting the tyranny of the minority. It took 70 years to reverse plessy versus ferguson. We've had no significant amendment since the 19 65 voting rights act. And so i don't know, is that going to last forever? Will there be any more constitutional amendments?
