How to Prioritize User Research With Your Customers
In terms of user research fatigue with customers, what I did is I asked them, hey, how often do you feel like we can have conversations? You know, some of them said that they would be up for every month, having a conversation with me. Some of them said it would be closer to every three months. There is no one right answer to use a research fatigue and to what I have called in the past, blacking out participants after a study. It really, it really depends on how many customers you have access to.
