Atlas Shrugged This

Atlas Shrugged was published in 1957 and she spends the next, the rest of her life writing philosophy. She rejects skepticism and completely this idea that we can't know reality. So we can know reality and the tool for knowing it is reason. There is no such thing as revelation. Not the platonic kind. The philosopher communicates with it a norm of religion where God kind of tells you what the truth is. Our emotions are important. Emotions are wonderful. You experience life through your emotions. But they don't tell you the truth about the world out there. For that you need reason. And the world is normal.
